One of the effective ways of efficiency in this era according to the Indonesian government is the enactment of the regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration No. 19 of 2012, namely the existence of a “System for submitting work to third parties,” (Job Chartering System) which is very relevant in helping company performance in today’s business era.

The job chartering system is one of the systems for delegating daily managerial tasks to third parties. Thus the cost efficiency is very controlled and stable. This system is very helpful for business people in dealing with the economic climate in this 4.0 generation era which requires acceleration, accuracy and safety. Therefore, the Indonesian government responds to this challenge for all business people with the policy of issuing law number 11 of 2020, concerning the “Creativity of Work – Omnibus Law” which will provide more flexibility in the management of job charter management.
