PT. CATUR MULIA MANDIRI is a company engaged in general workforce management and security services. Established since 2007 with Deed of Establishment No. 03 dated 12 February 2007 with the Decree of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights No. AHU-26818.AH.01.02. dated May 20, 2013, having its address at Harmony City Center Blok TA 11-12, Jalan Raya Trosobo KM 22, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java.

Initially, our service was in the form of a labor supply. But now, we have transformed in addition to being a manpower provider as well as a well-known human resource management improvement service with a total of more than 5,600 inorganic employees at work partners and 50 organic employees at the head office and have been trusted by 39 local companies and foreign companies from around the world. various business backgrounds as our work partners spread throughout Indonesia.

At the beginning of 2021 began to build a quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. By implementing the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standard, it is hoped that it will provide a much better quality management framework so as to be able to improve existing quality management practices, along with the demands for the fulfillment of standard requirements that far exceed the previous requirements.

With the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 standard will provide more value for PT. CATUR MULIA MANDIRI both in the eyes of business relations and business partners as well as for the company’s own internal interests, because ISO 9001:2015 is indeed the easiest way to measure the seriousness of a company in terms of continuously improving product quality, effectiveness and efficiency from all aspects as well as increasing employee motivation, encouraging them to be more responsible for their work, prioritizing product quality, work discipline and more consistent documentation of work results.
